Meidai Meiji Surf Lesson

On Tuesday the Meidai Meiji High School Students had a Surf Lesson with the awesome team at Maroochy Surf School.13They first learnt the basics of surfing on the beach before heading into the water to put these skills into action.

87The conditions¬†weren’t very nice but the students made the most of it and had a great afternoon. After falling off a few times, getting some more tips from the instructors and refining their skills, the students all caught some waves and had a lot of fun learning to surf!

She chose to come to Australia so she could work while studying and because of the hot weather.

Karen is from São Paulo, Brazil where she is a Lawyer. She is studying English because she believes it is very important for her life & her occupation. She chose to come to Australia because the weather is similar to Brazil and she wants to live near the beach.

Cambridge Classes Afternoon Activity

To celebrate successfully completing their first week of Cambridge study, the FCE & CAE Classes ventured outside the classroom to do some enjoyable, yet educational, team-building exploration of the local area. IMG20180323140119Whilst enjoying the sunshine next to the river at Cotton Tree, students were required to photograph themselves with a variety of objects, people or places.

Here’s a glimpse of the fun they had.¬†IMG-20180323-WA0006IMG-20180323-WA0013IMG-20180323-WA0015
